In the next section, list down who are you going to Target when you market your solution. Mention the kind of audience you wish to focus on.
Make a list of all the things that you are going to Offer to your targeted market audience
Think of creative ways by which you can grab people’s Attention. What is it that you can do to involve people so that they become aware about your solution? List those idea down in this section
Write a gist about what are you going to Say when you market your solution. A few statements about your solution, how it is beneficial to the society, why should people use it/be a part of it etc.
Now that you have come up with ways to grab people’s attention, list down the actions against these ideas. How will you convert the Attention into Action. Come up with a plan for each of your idea, and how you will deliver them
In this section, you have to come up with an extraordinary idea to turn your Customer’s into Fans. Come up with an USP (Unique Selling Proposition) for your solution. Which attracts more and more customers .
Have a long term vision set for your business. Write down where you want to be In the future, and what you want to achieve
List down all the Platforms you plan on targeting to market your products. (Ex: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.)
In this section, list down what task needs to happen and by when. Now that you have put your plan of action, just write down your Deadlines so that you can be on track
