This tool is designed to guide your team to function smoothly throughout your course of action
It will help your team to structure your roles, activities, risks, expectations and so on. It is always helpful to have an organized team structure canvas so that every team member is on the same page

Step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Download this PDF and print it on A3. You can also draw it out on a paper if you can’t print

Step 2: Mention the People and Roles that your team member will take up in this section

Step 3: Mention the Common Goals that you would like to achieve as a team. Also mention your key Goal that is feasible, measurable and time bound

Step 4: Mention your individual Personal Goals that each of the team member would aim to achieve

Step 5: List down what the team’s Purpose is for getting together and trying to solve this problem

Step 6: Mention the Core Values that all of you would like to share as a team. What do you stand for? What are your guiding principles?

Step 7: Mention the Strengths & Assets you have individually and as a team that will help you achieve your goals. What are the Interpersonal/soft skills that we have?

Step 8: Mention the Weaknesses and Risks you have individually and as a team. Is there anything your team members should know about you? List down the obstacles that you are likely to face in the future.

Step 9: Mention the Needs and Expectations you have you have from each other when you are working as a team.

Step 10: List down what are the Rules and Activities you want to introduce after doing this session? How do you want to communicate and keep everyone up to date? How do you make decisions? And how you would like to execute and evaluate what you do.
